Industrial Planetary mixer used for homogeneous mastication mixing of high & medium viscous material like viscous paste , solvent, rubber based adhesives, bonding adhesives, Composite Dough Molding compound , cosmetics, grease production. With inclusion of features like air tight seal and jacket for heat transfer it can be operated under high working temperature-pressure and under vacuum condition.

The equipment can be in the form of single planetary mixer with single blade or double planetary mixer having two blades rotating around the wall of the bowl and as well as around the Own vertical axis at the same time. This planetary motion of the blades enables a very high viscosity products like viscous paste, and solvents to be mixed homogeneously at very faster rates.

The equipment can also be supplied with hydraulic press discharge system for easy removal of material from the mixing vessel if the material is not easily free flowing
